Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef, bison, or turkey
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 3 T breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 T worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • Butter for pan

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients, form 4-5 patties
  2. Melt butter in skillet on medium heat.
  3. Cook burger patties, about 15-20 minutes, turning once.
