- 5 1/2 cups buckwheat flour
- 4 1/4 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- pinch salt
- butter for pan
- Mix all ingredients well
- Heat skillet on medium-high
- Melt 1 tsp butter in pan
- Add enough batter to just cover surface of pan.
- Turn with wide spatula when edges slightly curl.
- Repeat until all batter is gone
Delicious with honey, jam, and fruit.
