Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 cups buckwheat flour
  • 4 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch salt
  • butter for pan

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well
  2. Heat skillet on medium-high
  3. Melt 1 tsp butter in pan
  4. Add enough batter to just cover surface of pan.
  5. Turn with wide spatula when edges slightly curl.
  6. Repeat until all batter is gone

Delicious with honey, jam, and fruit.
